She was a big-hearted dreamer,
A truth and laughter seeker.
Creative and just a bit crazy,
Strong yet fragile like a daisy.
As loyal as they come,
Bright chrysanthemum.
She got a little lost
when the waves tossed.
But she never gave up hope.
Always fought to cope.
The path wasn't always near,
but her strength was clear.
A star gone too soon,
with dreams to reach the moon.
Forever in my heart,
though we are part.
Her smile lives on,
her strength is not gone.
I feel her in my mind,
in every drop of sunshine.
