Obituary of Delmer Eugene Marsh

On July 8, 2020, Delmer Eugene Marsh, 78, of King, NC, passed away. He was born to parents Gurney Albert Marsh and Mallie Helton Marsh, on September 21, 1941, in Wilkes County , NC. Delmer worked as a Commercial Tree Trimmer for 30+ years. After 30+ years of service, he retired from Pike Electric in 1992. He enjoyed camping, boating, fishing, yard sales/flea markets and traveling. Most of all he loved spending time with family and friends. Delmer is survived by Angela Marsh-Boggs, daughter, Brittany Kopp, grand-daughter, and 6 sisters. He was preceded in death by his mother, father, 1 sister and 1 brother . Due to COVID, a celebration of his life will be arranged at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Mountain Valley Hospice, Pilot Mountain NC.
