It breaks my heart to hear that Delmer is no longer with us,all of us had some good times togather laughing and acting silly ,my childhood wouldn't have been the same without you yall. I know he is in Heaven carrying on with my mom and dad talking about their crazy daughters (Angie and Connie) Delmer will truly be missed. Sending Love and Prayers to the rest of the family I am here if you need anything love you

Winton and I were very saddened to hear about Delmers passing. He always had time for our boys in particular Russell as we were neighbors. But on the other hand we are happy he does not have to suffer anymore and is in heaven. Angie, it’s not good bye forever, .... it’s- see you later in heaven. Love and prayers, The Spencers.
