Juanita Lynn (Torres) Hutchins, 52, died on Tuesday July 2, 2019 at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem.  A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, July 13. 2019, 2:00pm at Oak Hill Baptist Church, 3760 Oak Hills Drive, Walkertown, NC 27051.
