Obituary of Patsy Lillian Hill

Patsy Lillian Ramsey Hill, 90, of Welcome, NC went to be with her loved ones in Heaven on Tuesday July 17, 2018 at home. Patsy was born to Mitchell and Katherine Ramsey on August 28, 1927 in Wise County, Virginia. She has six brothers and sisters who preceded her in death: Kerwin Ramsey, Merle Yates, Charles Ramsey, Betty Kilgore, Doris Jean McConnell, Trudy Burdine, surviving is a sister Nadine Burdine. Patsy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Her husband Harold Douglas Hill and son Steve Hill preceded her in death. Surviving is her son Mike Douglas Hill and wife Debbie; daughter Lawahna Hill Lashmit; son Tony Hill and wife June; and Steve’s wife Caroline. Also surviving are 11 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. A celebration of her life will follow in the coming weeks.  Affordable Cremations of Winston-Salem is assisting the family.
