Obituary of Dale Edward Stinson

Dale Edward Stinson, 69, of King, passed away Tuesday, January 31, at the Joan and Howard Wotlz Hospice House. He proudly served his country in the US Navy during the Vietnam War. He retired from BE Aerospace, where he worked as a manufacturing engineer. Dale loved music, especially the Beatles. He played the drums and the guitar in a band with his friends. He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Phyllis Stinson, his 4 daughters, Cindy Brown (Grant), Melissa Joyce (Scott), Stormie Wright (Marty), and Christy Wilmoth, 8 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, his brother Brad Stinson (Kay) and his sister Delma McDonald. He is also survived by three close friends, Glenn Johnson, Danny Frye and Bob Tolzman. A celebration of life service will be held at Hayworth Miller Funeral Home in Rural Hall, Monday, February 4, 2019, at 7:00 pm with Pastor Rodney Matthews officiating.
