Obituary of Lisa Blake Jones

Lisa Blake Jones of Raleigh NC passed away unexpectedly Saturday September 11, 2021. She was born in Raleigh NC to Edward Jones (Carol) and Lynne Peters (John) and is survived by daughter Lindsay Jones of Victor ID, sister Susan Jones of Wilson WY, nephew Davey Prince of Wilson WY, step-brother Mark Peters of Chapel Hill NC step-sister Lisa Haidt of New Bern NC, step-sister Diane Cox of Winston Salem NC, and step=brother Jeff Nelson of Mooresville NC. Lisa Blake graduated from Saint Mary’s high school, NCSU with a BS in Clinical Psychology and Appalachian State University with a Clinical MS in Psychology. She loved working with people, helping them with their issues. She was a deeply dedicated Christian, attending church and Sunday school at First United Methodist Church Cary. A private family memorial service will be held sometime in the future. Donations in memory may be made to the First UMC Cary.
