I just can't say goodbye 2u mama
Nor could I watch u die
All I can think about is you
and I can't help but cry.
im glad your not in pain anymore
But I still want you back
Back at home sitting in your chair
So you can listen to me yack.
I'm not saying goodbye mama
Because I will see you soon
We will be together again
So I'll try not to be gloom
I'll remember all you taught me
And to always show respect
But I will not say goodbye mama
To that I do object.
With you being gone
And leaving us here
Nothing is the same anymore
Then you say No fear
For the Lord is taking care of you
And Grama and Mark too
And as you wait in peaceful skies
We're looking down at you
We don't want anyone sad
Please avoid all that stress
Listen 2me because I'm your mom
And Mothers know what's best
Live your life happy
Knowing now I am okay
And always remember
We'll be together again one day
I miss you mama. I just knew you would come home from the hospital like you did the other times, but I was wrong. I'm so sorry you had to go , but like you have said , when the Lord calls you home - your outta here! it helps me feel peace , knowing you are in Heaven , and that you know all truths now. Thanks for being a Great mother to Joseph and I, and for always making sure we are okay. Nothing is the same without you mama. Nothing. I LOVE YOU MAMA -more than life itself and I will wait to see you ,when Jesus calls me home. This is not goodbye. Thanks to everyone for your prayers to God for my mama. We were all blessed to have her here for 72 years ! Thank you Lord.
