Sammy is survived by his wife, Wanda Livengood; sons, Sammy Jr, Justin and wife Savannah, Eric Livengood; stepson PK and wife Traci Rankin; eight grandkids; mother, Rebecca (Becki)and stepdad, Tonny Petersen; grandmother, Dorene Gourley; stepbrother, Robert and wife Susie and son, Christian; stepsister, Laurieanne De and family; friend, Opie and special cousins, Angie, Dwayne and Kenny. Preceding him in death was his dad, Charlie Livengood; grandparents, Jack Gourley "Pop" and Ellen Livengood; grandfather, Jack Gourley and his friend, Mikey Martin. Rest in peace, we all loved you.
