Obituary of A. Kevin McCue

It is with great sorrow and with our deepest regret, we announce the passing of A. Kevin McCue at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston Salem, NC on November 28, 2020 with his family at his side. Kevin was born in Glen Cove, NY to Walter C. McCue and Margaret Hartley McCue. He was employed with Sears for 25+ years, Liquidators of America for 8 years, moving to NC (1988) to open Pep Boys in Greensboro. He was in a management position with AutoZone and retired from Advance Auto Parts in 2018. Kevin was predeceased by his parents; brother, Walter C. McCue and sister, Mary McCue Warnken. Survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Florence N. McCue of Jamestown, NC; son, Timothy Joseph McCue, wife Susan and grandson Joshua of Seattle, WA; daughter, Amy McCue Skarring, husband Christian, granddaughter EmmaMarie and grandson Ian of Jamestown, NC. Kevin is also survived by GW Worthen and wife Tierney of Lakeland, FL; niece, Christa Warnken Lawson of Glen Cove, NY and nephews Kevin Warnken and William Warnken. He is greatly missed by his family and friends. Mass of Remembrance at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, High Point, NC ~ January 20th, 2021 at 6:30pm.
