I have such fond memories of our families times at the beach with Papa. Jim loved the beach and he planned for weeks to make our trips extra special. Papa's "Goop" was the best! We are all blessed with so many beautiful memories....
He loved his family and delighted in their accomplishments. He made sure that each of his grandchildren felt special. Jim had a way with words and Papa's "graduation letters" to his grandchildren when they graduated high school will always be cherished.
With much love and admiration,
Michelle Lawson

My dad was a great father and life teacher. He was my biggest supporter as he always encouraged me to further my education, advance my career, and to appreciate, love, and support my family. He taught me to relish in life and appreciate small things like a FL breeze, good drink, smile, laugh, or joke. I will miss sharing that with him. I learned from him to prioritize the important things in life, be able to laugh at myself, and not stay stuck in the mud looking back. Most importantly, my dad (in his own unique ways), always expressed his love and admiration for his children and grandchildren. Although he is gone from this world, he will not be forgotten and his life messages will carry on.
Jim's son,
