Obituary of Jacqueline Denise Cheeks

Ms. Jacqueline Denise Cheeks 60, known to close friends and family as “Jackie”, passed away on July 1, 2020. She will be best remembered for her smile, laugh and love of dancing by those who truly knew her. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her two brothers, Darryl and Richard Mills and her sister, Brenda Mills. She leaves to preserve her memories her loving sons, Curtis H. Cheeks III (Ashley) and Demario A. Mills; one grandchild, Dominic S. Cheeks; sisters, Delicia Haywood, Sharon Clark, Gloria Mills, Marsha Mills, and Beulah Mills; brothers, Wayne Mills (Leslie), Michael Mills, James Mills, and Grandson Mills, all of Winston-Salem, NC and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. A private memorial is being planned for the family. Her final resting place will be with her preceding family members at Mt. Sinai/Fulp Family Cemetery, Walnut Cove, NC.
