Sarah Catherine Ferguson (64) passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on 12/8/2019. 

Sarah (Sasa, Sadie, Cutes, Nina, mommio) intensely loved her family and friends. She loved horses, dogs, music, laughter , reading the Bible and art. Sarah adored Christmas and decorating the beautiful tree her family would gather around. One of her special gifts was to see the beauty in everyone and everything. 

Sarah never wasted time on frowning or complaining when she could love, smile and laugh with everyone instead. Sarah had a great sense of humor and many witty comebacks for her husband, Jim. One of her favorite quotes was 'Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened.' 

Brad discovered her beautiful bucket list and it perfectly showcases the beautiful and wholesome mind and heart of our dear Sarah. (See online) 

Sarah is survived by the love of her life and devoted husband of 44 years, Jim Ferguson. She also leaves behind an adoring son and daughter, Brad Ferguson (Jessica), and Brianne Ferguson and a beloved sister, Patti Wrenn (Christi and Gabe). In addition, she is survived by her beautiful grandchildren (Mikael, Campbell, Austin and Alex); life long friends (Billy, Becky, Eleanor, Annette, Jennifer and Peggy), numerous special friends, cousins and other family members around the world. 

Sarah was predeceased by her beloved parents (Robert 'Pooh-eye' Smith and Mary Ruth Jones), many Beloved aunts and uncles and in-laws, cousins, life long friend (Doris) and many special animal loves. 

One of the most important people to Sarah and to Sarah's family, Myra Jane Jones, passed away only hours before Sarah to welcome her home. 

Sarah was the definition of love and strength. She 'fought the good fight, finished the course, kept the faith.' 2 Timothy 4:7

Her family and friends are better because of her and we will cherish our time and memories with her, forever. Sarah is a hero to many.

In lieu of flowers, Sarah and her family hope you will donate to the charity of your choice or to any human or animal in need.

A celebration to honor the life of Sarah will be determined at a later date.
